DAY 8 & 9

Yesterday really got away on me, and I didn't end posting, but I didn't do too much note worthy things, so I decided just to combine today and yesterday's post.

I spent Day 8 mostly catching up with my two best friends, one in Auckland and the other all the way over in America. It was real sweet talking to them again, as I haven't seen either of them in a long time.

I watched another film with my mates, called "Life," a new one on Netflix, and man nothing could have prepared me for the ending. No spoilers or anything but I think the no hope for humanity theme is starting to get a little cliche.

Today I did a few jobs around the house, before going outside and setting up a corral where I could do some liberty work with Cruise. This pretty much means just taking all his gear off and getting him to listen to me that way, and it actually wen better than expected. I now have proof that Heartland is not completely wrong when it comes to 'joining up' with a horse.

My youth group had another live session, which was a little more glitchy this time, but still got a cool message across.

So yes, evidently I haven't been that productive over the past two days, but I think I can get away with that. Tomorrow I plan on doing some more skateboarding, as my legs have actually recovered, and some rowing. I'm going to try and attempt to keep painting this bird so hopefully that works out okay as well.
